How we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit markofyou.com or send us a request.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is Digital Host LTD, 47 Marsham Street, Romney, Greater London, SW1P 3DR, United Kingdom, VAT GB238669658. You can contact us, including for privacy requests, through the contact form.

2. Data we process

We process the information you choose to submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address, website or profile, and the content of your request. For security and site operation, essential technical data may also be processed, including IP address, date, time, requested page and browser information. If you allow the Analytics category, we collect navigation events and aggregate measurements of page performance and use.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to requests and assessing a potential professional relationship: taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
  • Protecting the site, preventing abuse and ensuring operational continuity: the controller’s legitimate interest.
  • Measuring the effectiveness and usability of the site through first-party analytics: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through privacy preferences.
  • Complying with legal obligations or defending a right: legal obligation or legitimate interest, as applicable.

4. Infrastructure and recipients

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and the Spider/Dumicola infrastructure. Form data is encrypted before storage. Technical providers process data only to deliver, protect and maintain the service under the applicable agreements. We do not sell personal data, and submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised by applicable law.

6. Retention

Requests submitted through the site are retained for as long as necessary to manage them and for up to 180 days in the site’s operational archive, unless legal requirements or a subsequent relationship require otherwise. Technical analytics data is aggregated and retained for a maximum window of 32 days. Security data may be retained for a period proportionate to managing the relevant event.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. Use the contact form to submit a privacy request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated when the site, services or legal obligations change. The date shown above identifies the current version.
