1. What we mean by cookies
“Cookies” also includes similar technologies, such as browser local storage, used to remember a choice or enable a feature. Mark of You uses an essential, first-party setup: the site activates no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
2. Necessary technologies
Cloudflare and Spider/Dumicola may use data and technical mechanisms that are essential to deliver pages, protect them from abuse, balance traffic and securely receive requests. Your privacy preference is stored in the browser under the name deinopis_consent for up to 180 days. These functions cannot be disabled from the panel because they are necessary to provide the service.
3. Optional analytics
If you accept the Analytics category, Portia measures page views, interactions, general visit origin and performance using a first-party setup. Analytics reports do not retain raw IP addresses, query strings or complete referrers. Technical identifiers are transformed with rotating keys and data is aggregated within a maximum window of 32 days.
4. No marketing or profiling
The current configuration does not enable Marketing or Personalisation categories and does not embed third-party advertising or social tools. If this changes, the policy and consent panel will be updated before activation.
5. Managing consent
On your first visit, you may accept, reject or customise optional categories. You can later reopen the panel through the “Privacy preferences” control shown on the site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
6. Global Privacy Control
When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and the feature is available, non-essential categories remain disabled.
